Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery (or purchase, where applicable). If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused
• In the same condition as received
• In original packaging (where applicable)
Proof of purchase is required.
This policy applies in addition to your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law.
Right of Withdrawal (EU)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after receiving the goods.
To exercise this right, you must contact us by email before the deadline.
If approved, we will refund all payments, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of return.

If approved:
• Refund is issued to original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on provider)
We may partially refund used or damaged items.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
We are not responsible for lost returns.
Digital Products
Delivery is considered complete once access is granted or download is available.
You may lose withdrawal rights once digital access begins (EU law).
Chargebacks

Unjustified disputes may result in purchase restrictions or account review.
